Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Nachlinger graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, where he developed a keen interest in politics and theory. His love for music as a classically trained clarinetist adds a creative flair to his analytical mindset. After completing his undergraduate studies, he ventured to New Jersey to pursue a law degree at Seton Hall University, where he graduated cum laude. His time there was marked by accolades, including Family Law awards and leadership roles on the Law Review and Moot Court Board.

Following law school, Mr. Nachlinger served a judicial clerkship under the Hon. David A. Rosenberg and the Hon. Frank M. Ciuffani, where he gained invaluable insights into the inner workings of the family court system. He then joined a boutique family law firm, quickly establishing himself as a formidable advocate known for his ability to settle cases effectively.

In December 2014, he co-founded New Jersey Divorce Solutions with fellow attorney Christina Previte. In June 2022, they launched Netsquire, a firm dedicated to providing flat-fee divorce assistance while continuing to offer traditional legal services for custody modifications, adoptions, and more.

A tireless advocate for justice, Mr. Nachlinger has held several influential roles within the New Jersey State Bar Association, including a six-year stint on the Board of Trustees and past Chair of the LGBTQ Rights Section. He is actively involved in various legal organizations, including the American Bar Association and the LGBTQ National Bar Association-Family Law Institute. Licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Nachlinger balances his professional pursuits with a rich personal life. When he’s not exploring new corners of the globe, he enjoys life in Princeton with his husband, daughter, and two beloved pets.
